An unknown woman that appears to be a part of Ken’s staff. In the last few years I have meet a few people that had worked with Ken, though I do not know who this is, but I find them wonderful portraits.
Todays question is when was the Gloucester YMCA built? 1970? The second image clearly shows its construction.

It reminded me that I found these images from the The Building Center – Anniversary in Ken’s collection as he did the majority of the advertising for the Building Center.
I can only recognize one person and that is Walther Johnson back. Anyone recognize anyone else?
A few images of a Rockport past, were there seems to be a lot of snow on the ground. These were taken from Kodak glass-mounted slides, which dates after 1940. They are pre-1978. Maybe late 1960?

I ran into John Weston’s daughter a few weeks ago in Rockport and was reminded of some of these images of the North Americans that I have been wanting to post. Some classic Rockport sailors that pushed me / influenced me in Star racing in my youth.
Fred, Ken’s Father was born in Marblehead. These images were taken in the 1940’s. Mary Ann is looking out at the boats with her sailors cap. Fred, Helen, Ken and Mary Ann are on Queen Marblehead for a tour of the harbor.
